Returns will be accepted for the following reasons:
- Plants are dead or are in visibly poor condition within 2 weeks of purchase. Please keep your receipt.
- Containers are defective or broken (but not as a result of taking home or shipping) when received.
Plants damaged due to shipping, or cold weather are not covered.
Any returns must be authorized by an officer of SGG and be returned to SGG at the buyer’s expense. SGG’s responsibility will be to replace the returned product with like items and the replacement product will be delivered to the buyer at the point or method of the original sale.
